Both the villa and outdoor areas have recently been renovated! Start your morning with a coffee in our chill-out area next to the kitchen, or enjoy breakfast in the fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with water, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, and BBQ. The summer kitchen opens onto three spacious terraces: one with a 3-meter-long dining table shaded by a pergola, a second with ultra-comfortable sofas and beautiful natural-fiber umbrellas, and a third with sun loungers perfect for basking in the sun. With ample seating and lounge areas, even a group of up to 10 guests will find plenty of space. Across from the pool, more sun loungers await, along with an Ibiza-style bench where you can unwind and take in the beauty of the Montgo mountain.

The villa blends harmoniously with its surroundings, allowing the landscape to tell its own story. If you crave a bit more privacy, on the other side of the house is a lovely grassy area surrounded by mature trees offering refreshing shade—a perfect spot to enjoy a warm breeze or do your daily yoga (yoga mats are available). Feel free to pick fresh fruit from our mini orchard for a refreshing snack. Or how about lounging in a hammock under the shade of our 20-meter-high Ficus trees? For those who enjoy games, there’s a ping-pong table, pétanque, and giant Jenga.

The villa is spread over two levels, with a few steps leading from the pool area to the main level and entry hall. This unique property has a three-aspect design with an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, offering gorgeous views from every window. This spacious area opens onto a sun-filled naya with comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for enjoying the sun and views of the garden and pool all year round. The high-quality, custom-made kitchen includes a breakfast bar with lovely views of the surrounding palm trees and mountains. On this main level, there are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite). The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool. Each bedroom features 180x200cm box-spring beds, three of which can be split if preferred. When combined, the beds ensure a single large sleeping surface without any gaps. On the lower level (also accessible from outside), there are two more bedrooms, a kitchenette with a coffee maker and minibar (so you won’t need to go upstairs for coffee or refreshments), and a spacious bathroom.

Around the villa, you can enjoy hiking, biking, or even climbing the Montgo mountain—we can provide you with all the necessary information. The picturesque harbor and sandy or pebble beaches of Javea are just a short drive away, making them easy to visit as often as you’d like. We also offer catering options—just ask us!
