Our family of 11 people, 6 adults and 5 children, were very comfortable. The home is spacious and beautiful. There was plenty of outside space for playing and running around. The pool and furniture around the pool were fantastic. We had a fabulous time here. Our host was responsive, friendly, and very helpful. We would love to stay here again. A dream come true!

This is a fabulous Villa with lots of space for a big family, we had a great time in the pool and outside BBQ. The outside bar was lovely to have breakfast in the mornings. We had a slight issue with the pool one day but it was dealt with very quickly and it gave us the opportunity to go down to l’Arenal beach which was lovely. We would highly recommend this villa.

At the end of April, beginning of May, we enjoyed a holiday with our children and grandchildren in this beautiful villa. What a beautiful, special place to make memories together. It lacks absolutely nothing. A delightful outdoor kitchen and terrace for dining, plenty of spots to retreat to for a moment, and a wonderful swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here with our family. The house met all expectations. Normally we stay in Moraira, but we really enjoyed this trip to Javea. It is wonderfully centrally located, making it a great base for all our trips. Communication with the owners was top-notch. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful villa Paso Lento. The contact with Maya was very nice, and it was so kind of her to surprise us with a bouquet and congratulations for our anniversary. Villa Paso Lento is highly recommended.

This place is an absolute dream. The house has a very large outside area with a great pool, nice bbq place, and also a bar area to hang out in. It also has all the games you can ask for. The house has an amazing kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and nice living room / dining room area. We loved it so much we are already planning our trip back! Thanks Marijana!

Beautiful villa, very comfortable and well-equipped for 10 people. We were the whole family and plenty of space for everyone. Several terraces and facilities. The pool is lovely and the environment peaceful and impressive with the rock. Thank you, we had a wonderful vacation

We immensely enjoyed our stay in Villa Paso Lento. The house is truly WOW! The location is beautiful; the house stands on a spacious plot and has been beautifully modernized while maintaining the old style. The outdoor kitchen with the terrace was truly delightful. Every kitchen was well-equipped, with a fridge and coffee machine everywhere. Recommended!!

Fantastic villa and a perfect outdoor kitchen. We were a group of 11 people, and for a group like that, it is a top-tier house. Everything you need for a wonderful holiday is present. It is neat and clean, and communication with both the owner and the manager was very good.

A very nice and beautiful villa with a swimming pool. We were there with 6 adults and a child and enjoyed it immensely. Everything was super well organized, and restaurants and the beach are easy to reach by car. Also a nice outdoor kitchen with a large dining table where we always sat. We would love to come back.

Great house in a stunning location. Everything is available to fully enjoy your stay. We were there with 10 people, and this house is exceptionally well-suited for that. Many nice spots, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommended!

A super beautiful villa with nice places to sit everywhere, a wonderful pool, and of course the outdoor kitchen. Everything is provided, even for small children. The communication was super nice. We enjoyed it immensely!

A fabulous and relaxing place to stay! The weather was amazing The villa was amazing. It was very spacious, extremely well equipped and had absolutely everything we could have hoped for. Perfect for a family holiday, the pool is great and the outdoor barbecue and dinner table makes it perfect for evening meals. The villa is very modern, really clean and the layout is great. So many different outdoor areas to sit at, games to play and even a ping pong table. The views of the mountain are incredible. A safe and secure gated property in a good location. Either car hire recommend although we used taxis which were convenient. Javea is a great location, with a lovely sandy beach and lots of water sports plus lots of restaurants to choose from. We hired a motor boat and were able to visit lots of interesting bays and beaches. The owners were so helpful and provided all the information we needed. Thank you so much.

Had a wonderful week in the villa. Location is top. The outside and inside space are stylish and the outdoor kitchen has been used all week. The large refrigerators inside and outside were also very convenient. Recommended for anyone who wants to discover the Javea area!

We had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend. The villa was very spacious and had multiple areas for when private time was needed. We were a group of 9 and had plenty of room. We also couldn’t believe the amount of stuff in the villa, it had everything needed and so much cutlery, plates etc. Marijana was very responsive and the local host Alex was always on hand for any questions we had and made check in and check out seamless. They were also very accommodating on exit as we had a late flight but were able to keep our bags there for a bit longer post our morning check out which was really appreciated.

Marijana has a lovely villa with beautiful views, fantastic location and a gorgeous pool. We greatly enjoyed our 4 weeks there attending a language school in Denia. The villa is new to the market and as can often happen there were a few teething problems. Marijana was always super responsive and her local caretaker was always on hand to help. Thanks for making our stay one that we'd like to repeat!

We had a great time in the recently renovated villa. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were top-notch. Everything was clean and well organized. We enjoyed the space and the outdoor kitchen.
